Our Cancellation Process

If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No-Show Fee

Missed appointments or no-shows are subject to a $125.00 fee even if the appointment is later rescheduled. In cases of extenuating circumstances, we will discuss our dispute process at your first session.

Cancellation Fee

Any appointment cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time is subject to a $125.00 fee even if the appointment is rescheduled. In cases of extenuating circumstances, we will discuss our dispute process at your first session.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule. Late arrivals resulting in rescheduled sessions in the following week may be subject to a $125.00 fee.

No-Show, Cancellations and Late Arrival Fees do not meet criteria for insurance reimbursement, therefore, you are responsible for paying this fee out of pocket.
