
Evergreen Pathways Appointment Policy - Ensuring No Surprises
As essential behavioral and mental health professionals, the therapists at Evergreen Pathways strive to find suitable times within their own availability in order to accommodate their client’s scheduling needs, sometimes rearranging our own schedules to accommodate yours.
Our therapists are paid per session and they rely on an established client’s consistent attendance to all scheduled appointments, as well as their client’s respect and consideration for the Evergreen Pathways policy regarding cancellations and no-shows.
The below standards are in place to 1) ensure our therapists are appropriately compensated if you cancel your session less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, or if you don’t show up at all for your appointment, and 2) to allow time for your therapist to schedule other clients in place of you if you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
When you become a client of Evergreen Pathways, while we expect established clients to attend scheduled appointments at the agreed upon frequency, if you cannot keep your appointment we ask that you contact your therapist at least 48 hours in advance using the client portal to cancel or change your appointment. If you arrive late, your time may be shortened or rescheduled.
No-Show Fee
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, or if you do not show up for your appointment at all, you will be charged a No-Show Fee of $125.00.
Cancellation Fee
If you do not cancel a scheduled appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $125.00 even if you reschedule your appointment.
No-Show and Cancellation fees do not meet criteria for insurance reimbursement, therefore, you are responsible for paying this fee out of pocket.
