Does every day feel like Groundhog Day—repeating the same patterns, thoughts, or emotional conflicts over and over again?

You’re not alone. I work with adults, parents, and teens who struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment issues, or simply a sense that something is missing. Many of my clients carry a deep sense of disconnection—from themselves, from others, or from the lives they’re living.

Maybe you’ve been doing the best you can with the tools you’ve been given—until now. As Maya Angelou said, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”

The Gap Between Knowing and Doing - I believe the gap between learning and applying knowledge is where many problems live. That knowledge—at any age—is only powerful when we know how to use it. That many of the challenges we face aren’t because we don’t know enough, but because we haven’t learned how to apply what we know. From my perspective, the “problems” people come to therapy with are actually attempted solutions—strategies they’ve developed in good faith to try to connect, grow, or cope with the challenges they face. It’s common for these attempted solutions to create new problems. Problems are just signals that something in us is still trying to integrate the lessons learned from life’s lived experiences.

Restoring Connection to Self - At the heart of my work is a belief that we each have an intuitive sense of how to live in alignment with our true selves—but many of us have simply lost access to that inner knowing. This disconnection is often learned, and often just another attempt at solving problems. Over time, we become so distant from our internal compass, perpetuating the same problems and the same cycles, and the disconnection from ourselves may lead to disconnection from others—even when closeness appears to exist on the surface. In our work together, we will restore the connection.

Journey Back to Yourself - I believe that the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the relationship you have with yourself. When you shine the light on yourself to deeply connect with and peel back the layers, you’ll naturally begin to change how you relate to yourself, you’ll expect yourself to show up in your life as the best version of yourself, you’ll tune into your own needs, and the expectation that others must show up for you a certain way or meet those needs will dissolve. In fact, when you are grounded in your own sense of self, your relationships may naturally and effortlessly change. The journey begins with a single step.

What to Expect on The Journey - My goal is to help you reconnect with your internal compass, or intuitive sense, helping you feel and interpret emotions as meaningful intuitive signals rather than obstacles or threats.  I use an integrative approach, employing psycho-educational techniques, self-inquiry and self-reflection techniques, mindfulness and body awareness, communication and behavioral tools, emotion coaching, and nervous system-informed strategies. As clients learn to make sense of their emotions and begin to see themselves from multiple perspectives, the old familiar stories start to have new meaning. Over time, you may see yourself, others, and your problems differently, with more compassion and acceptance of your own life experiences and every human being’s unique journey to what I believe is the same destination - OURSELVES.

You Deserve to Live a Story That Feels Like Your Own - It's your story... I’m here to empower you, and give you permission if you need it, to change your story if you want to. Together, we’ll work to help you build a relationship with yourself so you can stay grounded in the present, continuously self-reflect and gain perspective, challenge limiting beliefs, quiet your inner critic, and begin rewriting the story you're living. Te Veo, I look forward to working with you.

Experience - I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. I am also a Level III Reiki Master/Teacher and enjoy integrating energy work into my practice.

If you’re looking for a therapist who gets the chaos of parenting, the emotional intensity of kids, or that feeling that your nervous system needs a spa day— welcome. You’re in the right place.

I work with kids, parents, and the space in between — helping families get unstuck, build emotional awareness, and feel more connected with themselves and others. With kids, I use child-centered play therapy to help them improve emotional regulation, build confidence, and learn how to express themselves in healthier ways. With parents, I offer real tools (not lectures) to help you support your child at home and strengthen your parent-child relationship.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I view people within the full context of their lives- not as individual “problems,” but as products of the environments that shape them. While I often work with children individually, I also work closely with parents to shift the patterns that shape everyday life. This isn’t about pointing fingers or labeling families — it’s about giving everyone the skills to function better together, without pretending parenting is always zen and beautiful.

If you’re looking to make a real, sustainable change in you or your child’s life- you’re in the right place. Please reach out, I would love to work together.

I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire in August of 2025. I will be a New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Candidate for Licensure, working under the supervision of Jennifer Golia, LMFT.

I believe therapy is a space to reconnect: with yourself, with others, and with what matters most. I’m a trauma-informed marriage and family therapist in training who takes an integrative approach, adapting therapy to fit each person or relationship. My work is collaborative, neuroaffirming, and rooted in curiosity.

I often draw from attachment-based therapy, which explores how early relationships shape the way we connect and respond to others, and narrative therapy, which examines the stories we inherit from family, culture, and society. Together, we work to reshape these stories into something more empowering and true to who you are.

I specialize in working with women navigating the lasting impact of childhood trauma and attachment injuries, especially when early experiences continue to influence current relationships, boundaries, or self-worth. We’ll explore these layers with care, making space for healing and new ways of relating.

Couples therapy is also a core part of my work, particularly during transitions like moving in together, getting married, parenting, or blending families. I help partners slow down, understand where they’ve come from, and create a shared story that honors both individuals while building something meaningful together.

Whether you come to therapy on your own or as a part of a system, I aim to create a space that feels safe, warm, and real. A place where you can be fully seen without judgment or pressure. If that kind of connection is what you're looking for, I’d love to connect.

Hi, I’m Stephanie Santiago, a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist who is excited to be accepting new clients. I approach therapy from a collaborative lens, drawing on systems theory to understand how our relationships and environments shape who we are.

I believe therapy works best when we walk the journey together. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to partner with you—bringing curiosity, compassion, and support as you explore your experiences and work toward the changes you want to see.

I hope to create a supportive environment where you feel safe exploring vulnerable moments while also highlighting your inner strengths and areas for growth. In my work, I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These perspectives allow me to adapt to your unique needs and provide tools that fit your journey.

I love working with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to explore new patterns in their lives and relationships, build stronger connections, and move toward growth. Wherever you are starting from, I would be honored to join you on your path.

Hi! I’m Kaila. I work best with people who are ready to do the brave, often messy work of breaking patterns and creating lives that actually feel like their own. Even when we know we are ready to make change, change is scary, as our habits and behaviors are familiar and ingrained. These patterns usually served a purpose at some point in our lives — but when you are seeking growth, it’s often time to say bye to these parts of ourselves that we’ve outgrown and don’t serve us any longer. It’s not only scary to part ways — it’s often sad (I think of the scene with Bing Bong in "Inside Out").

However, breaking patterns & changing behavior is worth it, even though it’s intimidating, uncomfortable, & challenging. Once you commit to this journey and live a life that is congruent with who you are, a sense of security is created that feels completely liberating (regardless of your stage of life).

I’m here to help guide you through this process; you are the leader. My approach is integrative — often incorporating the tenets of exposure & response prevention (ERP), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS) (also often referred to as “parts work”), attachment theory, & somatic therapy — & tailored to honor the uniqueness of you.
