Stephanie Santiago, MS, MFT
Hi, I’m Stephanie! No matter where you're starting from, it's a privilege to be part of your journey. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families who are ready to create new patterns, deepen their connections, and grow into the lives they want to lead.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in the belief that we heal and grow through our relationships—with others and with ourselves. I look through a systemic lens, considering how your environment, history, and connections shape your experience. I'm not here to hand out quick fixes or tell you what to do. Instead, I show up with curiosity, compassion, and support as we explore what matters most to you and the changes you're hoping to make.
I work with people who are navigating many different life challenges. This includes processing grief and loss, working through childhood trauma, navigating life transitions, and finding ways to manage anxiety and depression. I also support individuals and families who are working through conflict or wanting to create healthier boundaries. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel understood and empowered on your journey.
I aim to create a space where you feel safe being authentically you. A place where you can explore challenges honestly, celebrate strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. In our work together, I use an integrative approach—drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, DBT, EFT, and CBT—tailoring our work as we go to meet your unique needs. These tools help me not only understand where you’ve been but also help you build traction toward where you want to go.
Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a transition, or just curious about what's next, I'm here to walk alongside you so please reach out to schedule your first session when you’re ready!
